Controller
Elämys Hub Oy / Elämysmatkat (Business ID 2815557-3), Finland, is responsible for the personal data processed on this website. Contact details are at the bottom of every page.
Enquiry and contact forms
When you send an enquiry we process the details you enter (name, email, phone, travel dates, group size and message) to answer you and prepare an offer. They are stored in our customer relationship system (Pipedrive). Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Bookings
Activity bookings and payments are handled by our booking system Bokun and the tour provider running the activity, who receive the details needed to deliver your booking.
Activity Helper
Messages you type into the Activity Helper are sent to an AI service to generate suggestions. Please do not enter sensitive personal data there.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to measure visits: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Google sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* that last up to 2 years. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. Advertising features are switched off and data is not used for ads.
Visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland: analytics only starts after you click “Accept analytics”. Legal basis: your consent. Visitors elsewhere: analytics runs by default and you can opt out at any time.
Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is kept for 2 months.
Your choice and withdrawing consent
Your choice is saved in your browser together with the date and the version of this notice. You can change or withdraw it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page — analytics stops immediately and its cookies are removed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Contact us by email to use these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
